Where it all started
Our story begins
Founded in 1926 and started by Nicholas Wilson from humble beginnings, Gatestone specializes in accounts receivable collections.
A new HQ in North York, On
In 2015, we inaugurated our new Head Quarters in North York, Ontario. We were one of the first call centers in the world to embrace an open work space.
Gatestone acquires NCO Financial Services
The acquisition of NCO positioned Gatestone as a leader in the BPO space in North America and effectively doubled the size of our company.
Not 1 but 2 new offices
We added 30,000 Sqf of office space in Montreal and Toronto by opening two state-of-the-art facilities.
